If you are interested in applying for our apprenticeship program, please download the application (see below), complete and return it to Info@UALocal4.com or mail to/drop off at Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 4, 150 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, MA 01583. If you are unable to download it, you may come in person Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and you will be provided an application. Please make sure your application is legible. You must have a valid email address to apply. Once we have processed your application, you will receive an invitation by email to schedule a computer-based trade knowledge assessment exam at Local 4. There is a non-refundable $25 administrative fee to take this exam. (We only accept money orders or treasurer/cashier’s checks. We do not accept personal checks, cash or credit cards.) The assessment process can take up to two hours. The results of the assessment will be held on file by Local 4 until the next time the program opens. We anticipate the next opening will be around April/May 2025. At that point, based on individual results, you may be notified of a date and time for an interview.
